definition:

A waveset is three zero-crossings:

Waveset Time Stretch is a very simple, yet oddly interesting, effect. It simply duplicates wavesets. This obviously results in a stretching of the time-scale, yet the results are probably not what one would expect. The sound is often an odd, 'watery' effect, where pitch-like elements may be brought out of what was originally a noise-based sound-file.

parameters:

Number of replications: How many times each waveset should be played. Thus, this indicates the stretch factor as well. If you play each waveset four times, there will be a four times time stretch.
