definition:

By mixing a slightly time-shrunk version of the same sound-file with itself, we can create a rising (or falling) in pitch which we hear by virtue of the shortening (or expanding) distances between a part of the original sound-file and the same part in the time-shrunk version. As the mixing is done directly, this may cause clipping (overloading the dynamic range). To avoid this, reduce the gain of the original sound-file. Time-Varying Delay is usually most noticeable on noise-based sounds, and may become more obvious when reapplied several times.

parameters:

Delay Size: The largest amount of delay that will occur.
End/Start Focused: Whether the time-shrunk copy will co-incide with the original at the beginning of the sound or the end of the sound.
