definition:

Spectral Stretching is an effect that analyses the frequency content of a sound and then stretches those partials further from or closer to a particular centre frequency. This effect was used by Trevor Wishart in his composition Vox-5, where a vocal sound is heard to turn into a bell. How? By stretching the harmonic partials of a vocal signal, he created an inharmonic (bell-like) spectrum.

parameters:

Centre Frequency: The frequency (in Hz) around which the partials are to be stretched.
High Stretch Amount: All partials above the centre frequency will be stretched by this amount.
Low Stretch Amount: All partials below the centre frequency will be stretched by this amount.
