definition:

Picture this: you have a reverse cymbal crash that ends in a rather sharp peak. You want this peak to sound like it is 'initiating' a piano attack-decay type of sound. You could spend ages trying to get the two peaks lined up to sound as if there is a causal connection between them...

...on the other hand, you could simply select the two peaks, and choose Peak Synchronisation which instantaneously lines them up, to the nearest sample!!


parameters:

There are no parameters. Just ensure that the selection includes either two (for mono) or four (for stereo) channels which represent the peaks you wish to synchronise. If there are other peaks in the selection which are larger than the ones you want to synchronise, then you may need to Shift the sounds until they are in a closer proximity.
