definition:

This effect takes two inputs. It loops these two sounds for a specified number of times, and meanwhile crossfades between the two over the entire duration of the loops. You can specify the spacing of the repetitions as well.

If this sounds complicated, just try it out on a few different sounds to get the idea. It's useful for doing interesting drum loop morph-things...

parameters:

Number of repetitions: The number of times Iterative Crossfade is to repeat the selected sounds.
Start silence length: The length of time between successive repetitions at the start of the sound-file.
End silence length: The length of time between successive repetitions at the end of the sound-file. Note that Iterative Crossfade 'inbetweens' the start silence length and end silence length.
Mix to: Choose whether the new sound-file is to be a new channel in the same document, or a new document althogether.
